Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who is proactive, results-driven, and skilled at building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client pipelines, and driving revenue growth across international and local markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and convert potential clients in international and local markets
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation and client acquisition strategies
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clutch, and Upwork
  • Conduct outreach through cold emails, calls, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track KPIs, and report performance using HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of international and local markets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on experience with modern business development and sales automation tools
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently
