Business Developer

FissionTech is looking for a Business Developer to assist in driving lead generation and expanding the business on talent marketplaces (Upwork, People Per Hour, Guru). If you have experience and ability to manage proposals & negotiations, maintain relationships with existing clients and address their needs, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Experience in managing proposals and engage potential clients on Upwork.
  • Have prior start-up experience/passion for thriving sales and customer experience.
  • Handle the full sales process: lead generation, qualification, demo, solution, proposal and signoff, and follow-up to ensure customer success.
  • Should be able to acquire business through different online channels (such as Upwork, Bark, Clutch, Freelance etc) for desktop, web, mobile and enterprise application development project.
  • Assist in developing and expanding our portfolio of clients by networking and marketing.
  • Coordinating and arranging client meetings, appointments, and conferences.

Requirements

  • 6 months of industry experience; Experience in selling software services to clients.
  • Strong verbal, written and e-mail communication skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and set clear expectations.
  • Demonstrated skill in excelling in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive demands.
  • Internet and tech-savvy and understand how new technologies can help businesses grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
