Business Developer

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Officer at Teyar, you will be responsible for driving the

company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client

relationships, and expanding our presence in the UAE and beyond. You will work

closely with the management team to secure new contracts, develop strategic

partnerships, and position Teyar as a leader in drone-enabled cleaning and inspection

services.

Key Responsibilities:

● Client Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in

building maintenance, renewable energy, and infrastructure sectors.

● Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with

facility managers, developers, and government stakeholders.

● Market Research: Conduct research to identify emerging trends, customer

needs, and competitor strategies.

● Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and

tenders in collaboration with the operations and finance teams.

● Partnerships: Develop partnerships with facility management firms,

construction companies, and other stakeholders.

● Revenue Growth: Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall financial

growth of the company.

● Brand Building: Represent Teyar at industry events, exhibitions, and networking

opportunities.

● Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and

market intelligence.

Qualifications:

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA

preferred).

● Experience: 3–5 years in business development or sales, preferably in facilities

management, aviation, or technology-driven services.

● Skills:

o Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

o Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

o Excellent communication and networking abilities.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

● Languages: Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
