Job description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires and ensure smooth integration into the organization.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
  • Maintain HR records and assist in HR policy implementation.
  • Assist in performance management processes and employee feedback initiatives.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave management, and employee queries.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 14 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of HR software/tools is a plus.
  • Passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and employee experience

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
