Job Description – Business Developer
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Developer with strong expertise in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and client acquisition, particularly within the Saudi Arabia (KSA) market. The ideal candidate must understand regional business culture, communication styles, and have a proven track record in generating quality leads and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically identify and engage potential clients on LinkedIn using targeted searches, personalized outreach, and consistent follow-ups.
- Build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline for the KSA region, ensuring high-quality leads and qualified opportunities.
- Develop meaningful relationships with key decision-makers across Saudi companies, including CEOs, Directors, HR Leaders, and IT/Operations Heads.
- Conduct detailed market research on the KSA market to understand client needs, competitor offerings, and emerging business opportunities.
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn activities, including profile enhancement, content sharing, and prospect engagement to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, service offerings, and quotations aligned with client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Technical, HR, Recruitment, Management) to align client expectations and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM, tracking lead status, communication history, and deal progress.
- Drive the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring consistent performance and revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze outreach performance, adjusting strategies based on insights and KSA market behavior.
- Represent the company in online meetings, introductory calls, and virtual demos with KSA-based clients
Requirements
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, advanced search filters, targeted outreach, and lead qualification.
- Demonstrated experience working with clients in the Saudi Arabia (KSA) market, with a clear understanding of regional business culture and communication standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and engage senior-level stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
- Strong research skills with the ability to identify potential clients, analyze market trends, and create actionable insights.
- Familiarity with CRM systems to manage leads, track communication, and maintain updated sales records.
- Ability to prepare professional proposals, presentations, and sales documents tailored to client needs.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong follow-up habits, persistence, and the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, client engagement, and market dynamics within the KSA region.
- Understanding of IT services, outsourcing models, staffing solutions, and digital transformation is a plus.

Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
