Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base and market share in the UAE.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and potential areas for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the Parking Management or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market and business environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and proactively identify growth opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE or outside UAE if required.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
