Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base and market share in the UAE.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the Parking Management or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market and business environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and proactively identify growth opportunities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE or outside UAE if required.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
