Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Developer to manage client communication, generate B2B leads, and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate should be organized, confident, and capable of handling client inquiries along with effective internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and prepare quotations
- Generate B2B leads and follow up effectively
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams
- Track the sales pipeline and prepare activity reports
- Utilize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for lead generation, business outreach, and brand visibility
- Analyze and explore local market opportunities to increase sales and business reach
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel (CRM experience is a plus)
- Experience in using Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business) for lead generation and client outreach
- Good understanding of the local market for business development activities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
