Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software development industry, a proven track record in business development, and exceptional communication skills. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify New Business Opportunities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other methods.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Project Coordination:
- Work closely with the project management and development teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Coordinate project kick-offs and ensure smooth handovers to the delivery team.
- Networking and Representation:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the software development industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
