Nasoft is hiring a Business Developer for our client specialized in E-commerce and Digital Marketing company serving the Gulf markets.

- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion .
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends , customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Manage Client accounts , ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee performance marketing campaigns ( PPC ,Social Media Ads ..) and optimize for ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success.
- Prepare and present reports to clients on campaign performance and growth opportunities
- Negotiate contracts pricing and scope of work with clients
Requirements

Bachelor degree in Marketing , Digital Marketing or a related field is preferred .
- Proficient in Marketing platforms and tools ( Facebook Ads , Google Ads , TikTok Ads , Analytics platforms )
- Strong Knowledge of performance marketing strategies and kpi's .
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data driven decisions.
- Excellent communication , negotiation and presenting skills .
- Competency in Excel , reporting tools & CRM Systems.
- Proven Experience in Business Development Within a marketing agency.
- Strong track record as an account manager handling multiple clients .
- Experience managing performance marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients & growing existing accounts
- Skilled in CRM systems ,reporting tools and excel for managing clients and tracking performance.
- Deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPI's ) such as ROI , CIR , CPA and how to leverage them for campaign success.
