Business Developer

We’re Hiring – Business Development (BD) Executive

Location: PIA Housing Society, Johar Town, Lahore
Shift Timings: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Salary: PKR 70,000 – 80,000
Job Type: Full-Time, Office-Based
Gender: Male Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and present tailored software development solutions.
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless project handover and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software/IT industry.
• Strong understanding of software development services and technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management platforms.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
