Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professional to drive growth in the healthcare sector. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with healthcare providers and partners, and expanding the company’s market presence while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the healthcare industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
• Develop and execute strategic sales and partnership plans
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to ensure effective service delivery
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnership agreements
• Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and prepare regular reports
• Manage all Company's projects
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related field
• Proven experience in business development or sales within the healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, services, and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s in Healthcare Management
• Experience with healthcare SaaS, medical devices, diagnostics, pharma, or hospital services
• Existing network in the healthcare ecosystem
