Business Developer

You must have prior success selling high-end, high-ticket custom business solutions to top executives and owners of professional firms, manufacturers, and institutions. You thrive in a competitive market with long sell cycles against established vendors and price leaders.

You must excel at finding and closing new opportunities, building relationships, and growing existing accounts. You have strong closing, excellent listening, top problem-solving and analytical skills and can sell consultatively. You should be a highly motivated and passionate top achiever who works hard without supervision and as part of a team.

Experience with facilities management, property management, construction, or maintenance trades is helpful but not required. You must have prior earnings of at least 110,000 and be excited about the next level of performance.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
