Business Developer

Job Title: Business Development

Reports To: Business Development Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to join our team. This job requires hands-on experience in lead generation, market research, client relationship management, and strategy development. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, proactive, and passionate about business growth and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Assist in the development and execution of outreach strategies (e.g., cold emails, LinkedIn messaging, Upwork etc).
  • Support the business development team in preparing presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for growth.
  • Analyze competitors and industry trends to identify potential areas for expansion.
  • Help manage inbound inquiries and assist in client communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to support client needs.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in BSCS, BSIT or BS (4 years) in a relevant field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong desire to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Location: In person

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
