Business Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify growth opportunities (new services, patient demographics, partnerships).
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies (social media, local events, referral programs).
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and clinic performance.
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders (suppliers, referring clinics).
  • Set and monitor revenue growth targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing and patient acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills for market research and performance tracking.
  • Networking and partnership-building capabilities.
  • Familiarity with dental services and patient care processes is a plus.
  • Strong experience in CRM Softwares (Preferred Zoho CRM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Business Development: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
  • Arabic (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driving License (Preferred)
