The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication and proposal writing skills and possesses a proven track record of winning and closing projects. This role requires a target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined individual who can optimize profiles on freelance platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr, leveraging Client Relationship Management (CRM) software and profile optimization techniques to maximize business opportunities. The position is on-site and demands full dedication to business growth and client engagement efforts. The Business Developer focuses on establishing and maintaining robust client relationships, enhancing company visibility, and expanding the client base through strategic profile optimization and effective proposal management. Although this role does not include team management responsibilities, it requires collaboration across departments to ensure client needs are met and projects are successfully delivered. Continuous learning and adaptation to evolving market trends and platform algorithms are integral to driving successful outcomes and sustaining long-term business partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
