Business Developer

Custom Software Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated Business Developer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience on Upwork, along with exposure to LinkedIn and Fiverr platforms. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication and proposal writing skills and possesses a proven track record of winning and closing projects. This role requires a target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined individual who can optimize profiles on freelance platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr, leveraging Client Relationship Management (CRM) software and profile optimization techniques to maximize business opportunities. The position is on-site and demands full dedication to business growth and client engagement efforts. The Business Developer focuses on establishing and maintaining robust client relationships, enhancing company visibility, and expanding the client base through strategic profile optimization and effective proposal management. Although this role does not include team management responsibilities, it requires collaboration across departments to ensure client needs are met and projects are successfully delivered. Continuous learning and adaptation to evolving market trends and platform algorithms are integral to driving successful outcomes and sustaining long-term business partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and maintain profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn to attract potential clients and increase project acquisition.
  • Develop compelling proposals tailored to client requirements and strategically positioned to win projects.
  • Utilize Client Relationship Management software to track and manage interactions, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets through research and analysis of client needs.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with prospective and existing clients to nurture long-term relationships.
  • Monitor project progress, gather client feedback, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Analyze competitive market trends and platform-specific changes to adapt strategies for profile and proposal optimization.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets to contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Work on-site with full dedication, demonstrating professionalism and commitment to supporting business objectives.
  • Maintain discipline and time management to handle multiple client engagements and business development tasks efficiently.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
