Business Developer

The Revolution Technologies is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in IT sales and online platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, Clutch, and PeoplePerHour . The ideal candidate should be capable of generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and converting leads into successful projects.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new projects through Upwork bidding
  • Generate leads and build client relationships through LinkedIn, Clutch, and PeoplePerHour
  • Write high-quality and customized proposals for potential clients
  • Manage client communication, follow-ups, and negotiations
  • Maintain a strong lead pipeline and qualify new opportunities
  • Coordinate with the technical team for smooth project handover
  • Improve proposal strategies to increase the overall win rate
  • Perform proactive outreach and lead generation through professional networks


Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT sales or business development
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and client acquisition
  • Experience generating leads through LinkedIn, Clutch, and PeoplePerHour
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
