Role Overview

Traxccel is looking for a proactive Business Developer to drive lead generation and support business growth initiatives. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, initiating outreach, and building a strong sales pipeline for Traxccel’s Data + AI services. The candidate should be comfortable using outreach tools like Apollo and engaging prospects through both written and verbal communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads for Traxccel’s services across target markets
  • Use Apollo for prospecting, list building, and outreach campaigns
  • Draft personalized outreach messages for email and LinkedIn
  • Conduct cold calls to initiate conversations with potential clients
  • Identify and research target companies and decision-makers
  • Maintain and update lead pipelines and outreach trackers
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the funnel
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach with service offerings
  • Support business development initiatives and campaign execution

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or lead generation
  • Hands-on experience using Apollo or similar prospecting tools
  • Strong written communication skills for drafting outreach messages
  • Confidence and clarity in cold calling and client interaction
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes
  • Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
