Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and confident Business Developer to support our sales and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through fresh outreach, maintaining communication with potential clients, and scheduling appointments to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fresh outreach through emails, calls, and messages to generate leads
- Communicate with potential clients and introduce company services
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team
- Maintain and update lead databases and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication
- Track outreach performance and report basic progress
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Confidence in cold calling and client interaction
- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation
- Organized, proactive, and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Availability to work on-site
