Glixen Technologies is seeking a proactive and results-driven Junior Business Developer to support business growth through LinkedIn lead generation and IT Staff Augmentation services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, confidence in client outreach, and the ability to build long-term professional relationships with international clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through LinkedIn outreach and professional networking.
- Promote IT Staff Augmentation, outsourcing, and software development services to potential clients.
- Engage with prospects through messages, emails, and calls to schedule meetings and introductory sessions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, lead pipelines, and follow-up activities.
- Research target industries, companies, and key decision-makers to identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and service offerings.
- Support the Business Development team in achieving monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn lead generation and outreach strategies.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience or knowledge of LinkedIn Lead Generation.
- Understanding of IT Staff Augmentation and outsourcing services.
- Familiarity with Upwork or other freelancing platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines will be considered an advantage.
