Business Developer

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Developer to identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships , and support business expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop long-term relationships that contribute to organizational growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients , partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
  • Support contract negotiations and partnership agreements.
  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations to management.
  • Track business development activities and prepare periodic performance reports.


Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in market analysis and opportunity assessment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in consulting, government projects, or strategic partnerships.
  • Knowledge of business strategy and commercial operations.
