Sales and business development – native Arabic speaker
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering
Sales and ISO related trainings desired but not mandatory
Awareness of ISO standards and management systems
Minimum 3 years’ experience in TIC industry
Primary Functions
-
Driving new business development in Abu Dhabi, and other Emirates
-
Identity, qualify and win new sales
-
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation, contract award, and follow up on scheduling and receivables
- Maintain monthly target achievement and healthy pipeline
-
Ensure Salesforce accuracy and active pipeline management
-
Collaborate with technical teams to structure winning proposals
Client Relationship Management
-
Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycle
-
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and partners across different sectors, energy, utility, building and infrastructure, industrial, aerospace, hospitality and tourism etc..

Perform stakeholders mapping, build rapport with GRC, QHSE, Cyber and Sustainability departments
- Manage client expectations and provide regular project updates

Identify client needs and develop Bureau Veritas unique value proposition
- Acknowledge and respond to client request within 24 hours
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and client meetings

Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly

Ensure high level of client satisfaction

Represent company at industry events and conferences
