Job Summary
Infomatic is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, and client acquisition within the IT services industry. This role requires expertise in identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, conducting outreach campaigns, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base across both B2B and B2C markets while promoting our software development, web development, mobile app development, AI, cloud, and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B and B2C leads through various online channels.
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with decision-makers and potential clients.
- Manage cold email campaigns and follow-up sequences to drive lead generation.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools to identify new business opportunities.
- Build, maintain, and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and requirement gathering sessions.
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and business solutions tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate project scope, pricing, and service agreements with local and international clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Experience working in the IT services, software development, or technology sector is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience managing cold email campaigns and lead nurturing activities.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with international clients from the US, UK, Europe, or Middle East.
- Knowledge of IT services including Web Development, Mobile Applications, SaaS, AI, Cloud Solutions, and Digital Transformation.
- Familiarity with sales automation and outreach tools.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong lead qualification and conversion skills.
