Business Developer / Bidder

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and bid for projects aligned with company services.
• Craft winning proposals and achieve conversion targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure project satisfaction.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to meet commitments.

What You’ll Bring

• 1–3 years’ experience in freelance bidding or business development (IT/software sector).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and proposal writing skills
• Familiarity with software project pricing and delivery models.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable personality

Preferred: Certifications in Digital Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
