Job Overview
Sapphire Technologies is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to help drive our growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting leads into successful partnerships.
Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads through various channels

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities

Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, project management, etc.) to align sales strategies

Attend networking events and industry conferences (if applicable)
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

2–3 years of experience in business development or sales

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
