We are currently seeking a results-driven "Business Development Executive (Female)" to join our team and contribute to our growth by bringing in new business and nurturing client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, online platforms).
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant digital marketing services .
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery post-sales.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead status, client interactions, and sales progress.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role (1+ years preferred), preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar service-based industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
