Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calls, networking, social media, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
- Negotiate business terms and close profitable deals.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Prepare regular business development reports for management.
- Represent the company at business events, trade shows, and networking functions.
