Business Development Executive (FEMALE Arabic Speaking)

Doha, Qatar

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of sales and business development processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, networking, social media, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
  • Negotiate business terms and close profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Prepare regular business development reports for management.
  • Represent the company at business events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
