Business Development Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence in Qatar’s construction and fit-out sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new leads, clients, and project opportunities in the construction, fit-out, and design sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with project, design, and technical teams to align client requirements with company capabilities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the company’s services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in construction, fit-out, or engineering industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Knowledge of Qatar’s construction and contracting market is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is a plus.
  • Valid Qatari driving license preferred.
