Business Developer (Female)

We’re Hiring: Business Developer (Female) – IT Sector (Upwork & LinkedIn)

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Business Developer who knows how to generate business through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate quality leads through LinkedIn outreach and Upwork bidding
  • Identify and connect with potential international clients
  • Write compelling proposals and cover letters
  • Convert leads into long-term clients
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth communication
  • Explore new business opportunities in the IT domain

Requirements:

  • Proven experience & LinkedIn lead generation
  • Strong understanding of IT services (Web, App, AI, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle client conversations professionally
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident

Experience in service-based IT industry is required.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of B2B, B2C, and C2C business models. Understanding of technology stacks, including front-end and back-end development, will be an added advantage.

Compensation:

  • Competitive Salary + Commission on each successful deal

Location: On-site (Main Ferozepur Road Nearby Gulberg 3 Lahore)
