Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support our daily platform operations and growth initiatives. This role is open to candidates from online entertainment, e-commerce, or other relevant industries. German-speaking candidates are highly preferred.Candidates with strong learning ability and execution skills are encouraged to apply, even without prior experience in the same industry.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily platform operations, including user/creator management and content moderationAssist in executing operational strategies to improve user engagement and retentionCommunicate with German-speaking users or partners to support business growthMonitor platform performance and provide basic data analysis and insightsCoordinate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth operationsIdentify operational issues and propose practical solutions

Qualifications

Fluent in German (written and spoken); English/Arabic proficiency is required

Previous experience in online entertainment, e-commerce, customer service, or sales is a plusStrong communication skills and a proactive working attitudeFast learner with good adaptability in a dynamic environmentBasic data analysis skills (Excel or similar tools) preferred

Pay: E£25,000.00 - E£45,000.00 per month
