Business Developer - IT

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a results-driven Business Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth across our Digital Marketing and Software Solutions service lines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business leads through networking, cold outreach, LinkedIn, and industry events
  • Present and pitch Pixelizio’s Digital Marketing and Software Solutions to prospective clients
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, tech, and design) to prepare tailored proposals and service packages
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Track pipelines, maintain CRM records, and report progress to management
  • Stay up to date with industry trends in digital marketing and software technology

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience in an IT company
  • Demonstrated understanding of Digital Marketing services (SEO, social media, paid ads, content marketing) and/or Software Solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Urdu
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Shall have knowledge and experience to bid across multiple freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)
  • Full pipeline ownership — from lead generation to project closing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive Salary - PKR 50,000 - 60,000/-
