Role Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Business Developer to lead growth and partnerships. You’ll build B2B relationships (schools, organizations, influencers), drive new enrollments, and own the outreach → deal cycle.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and close B2B/affiliate partnerships
• Run outbound (email, calls, video) and manage a structured pipeline
• Collaborate with marketing/affiliate teams on campaigns and targets
• Report weekly on leads, conversions, and revenue impact

Requirements

• Must have: computer/laptop, strong/stable internet, and a working camera (comfortable using it)
• 5+ years in business development/partnerships or international sales
• Excellent spoken/written English; strong negotiation + follow-up
• Proven track record of hitting/exceeding targets

Compensation

• Base: 20,000–25,000 EGP/month (DOE)
• Performance Bonuses:
• 1,500–3,000 EGP per signed partnership
• 2,000–5,000 EGP growth milestones
• Quarterly bonus up to 10,000 EGP
• Total potential:
• 30,000–45,000 EGP/month+
