Business Development Executive – Vendor Onboarding (SaaS)
Company Overview
We are a fast-growing organization in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Healthcare SaaS space. As we scale our operations, we’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to lead vendor onboarding and strengthen our partnerships across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard EMR and healthcare technology vendors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendor stakeholders.
- Research, assess, and qualify potential vendors and partnership channels.
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to drive vendor acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly vendor acquisition targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Vendor Partnerships (Healthcare SaaS/EMR/EHR preferred).
- Solid understanding of the US healthcare or healthtech ecosystem.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to comfortably work during US time zones.
