* Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and ensure smooth business interactions.

* Follow up on qualified leads to convert them into successful business opportunities.

* Handle client visits, deliver cosmetic samples, and collect structured feedback to support product development and sales strategy.

* Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and client feedback for internal reporting.

* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential clients.

* Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
