Business Developer Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure alignment and successful execution
  • Track and report on business development activities, pipeline, and performance metrics

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
