We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Developer / Upwork Bidder to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other approved online platforms. This role focuses on international client acquisition, proposal/bid management, and long-term client relationship development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other freelancing platforms
- Write, customize, and submit proposals/bids aligned with client requirements
- Communicate professionally with international clients to understand project needs
- Manage ongoing conversations and follow-ups with potential clients
- Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and client communications
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clear project scope and timely delivery
- Follow platform guidelines, policies, and best practices while bidding
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly business development targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder, Business Developer, or Lead Generation Specialist
- Strong understanding of Upwork and Fiverr bidding processes
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and online lead generation tools
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of sales pipelines and client acquisition strategies
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Experience dealing with international clients (US, UK, Canada, etc.)
- Background in IT services, digital marketing, or BPO/call center campaigns
