Business Developer / Upwork Manager

We are a growing company focused on delivering high-quality services to global clients. To scale our business, we’re looking for a proactive and skilled Business Developer / Upwork Manager who can generate qualified leads, convert opportunities, and manage client relationships through Upwork and other freelance platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork and similar freelance platforms.
  • Identify, bid, and secure new projects relevant to our services.
  • Write compelling and customized proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Communicate with potential clients and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Develop strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Track project status, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Analyze performance metrics and propose strategies to improve conversions and lead generation.
  • Research new markets and opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
  • Utilize AI tools and AI-assisted bidding strategies to improve proposal quality, efficiency, and win rates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Developer or Upwork Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with bidding and securing projects on Upwork.
  • Experience with AI-based bidding tools, proposal generation tools, or AI-assisted client acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and craft personalized proposals.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Experience in IT services, design, development, or digital solutions is preferred.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
