To scale our business, we’re looking for a proactive and skilled Business Developer / Upwork Manager who can generate qualified leads, convert opportunities, and manage client relationships through Upwork and other freelance platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork and similar freelance platforms.
- Identify, bid, and secure new projects relevant to our services.
- Write compelling and customized proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Communicate with potential clients and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Develop strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Track project status, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Analyze performance metrics and propose strategies to improve conversions and lead generation.
- Research new markets and opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
- Utilize AI tools and AI-assisted bidding strategies to improve proposal quality, efficiency, and win rates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Developer or Upwork Manager.
- Hands-on experience with bidding and securing projects on Upwork.
- Experience with AI-based bidding tools, proposal generation tools, or AI-assisted client acquisition strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and craft personalized proposals.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Experience in IT services, design, development, or digital solutions is preferred.
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
