Business Developer (Upwork) – On-Site (Gujranwala)

We’re hiring a Business Developer to bid on Upwork, send proposals, and close projects. Must have basic Upwork experience, good English communication, and a target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Bid on Upwork projects daily
• Write customized proposals
• Handle initial client communication
• Identify relevant projects and opportunities

Requirements:

• 6+ months experience with Upwork bidding
• Basic understanding of digital services (SEO, Web, etc.)
• Good English communication skills
• Consistent and target-driven

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per day
