Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other freelancing platforms
- Create and submit professional proposals to potential clients
- Manage client communication from initial contact to project closure
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand project requirements
- Maintain records of leads, proposals, and conversions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Lead Generation
- Proven experience working on Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per hour
