Business Developer – Freelance & Lead Generation

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other freelancing platforms
  • Create and submit professional proposals to potential clients
  • Manage client communication from initial contact to project closure
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate with technical teams to understand project requirements
  • Maintain records of leads, proposals, and conversions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Lead Generation
  • Proven experience working on Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
