We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Developer (Upwork/Contra/Freelancer) to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a flair for identifying client needs, crafting persuasive proposals, and securing projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify relevant projects and potential clients on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Create and submit customized, high-quality proposals to secure projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and negotiate terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals with client expectations.
- Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on proposals to maximize conversion rates.
- Track bids, client interactions, and project details for future opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends to refine bidding strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Fresh to 1 year of experience bidding on Upwork or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to draft persuasive and tailored proposals.
- Familiarity with graphic design, web development, SEO, and animation services (preferred).
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Job Details:
- Shift: Night (7 PM - 4 AM or 8PM - 5 AM)
- Workdays: Monday to Friday
- Compensation: Competitive (based on performance and experience)
