Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals to help achieve company revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Deliver product/service presentations and proposals to potential customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve the customer experience.
- Provide timely feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products/services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Fluency in multiple languages (if applicable).
Basic Salary: PKR =40,000/month to PKR =60,000/month
Meeting scheduling: PKR 1000/ per meeting
Commission: 2% on every matured lead
KPI incentive: PKR =5000/-
Office timing : 6pm to 3am
Official Days: Monday to Friday
