• Generate revenue from NEW Accounts and consistently meet or surpass quarterly and yearly sales goals through effective client engagement and solution-based selling.
• Achieve and exceed NEW sales targets set for the UAE market.
• Conduct both cold and warm calls to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and promote tailored solutions aligned with client needs.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company’s footprint in the UAE Region.
• Identify potential clients across public and private sectors, including infrastructure, Design, Engineering, Railways, manufacturing, and government projects.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine positioning and understand the unique needs of the market.
• Present BIM capabilities, case studies, and tailored solutions to stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Maintain regular sales pipeline reports and forecasts for management review.
• Maintain and regularly update the database to ensure accurate and organized client and lead information.
