Job Title: Business Development

Etihad National is a dynamic and fast growing company. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Business Development , you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and leading initiatives to increase revenue and market share. The ideal candidate will have a strong business and a successful track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company's objectives.

Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth.

Client Acquisition and Retention:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation and networking.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Partnership Development:

Identify potential strategic partners and collaborate on mutually beneficial initiatives.

Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to enhance the company's product/service offerings.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Setup Specialist to manage and facilitate the setup of businesses on the Meydan Portal. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth process for business registration, compliance, and operation within the Meydan ecosystem. This role involves liaising with clients, completing documentation, and ensuring all necessary steps are followed to meet Meydan’s regulations and standards.

Sales Leadership and Business Investment:

Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and presentations for clients.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage the business development budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and a positive return on investment.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the success of business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Strong understanding of the industry.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.

Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

Strong aptitude in sales, negotiation, and communication.

Reliable, personable, and trustworthy.

Visibility study/analysis

Proficiency in MS Office.

Multilingualism is advantageous but not mandatory.
