Job Title: Business Development
Location: Umm Ramool, Rashidiya, Dubai

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development professional to support the growth of Domus Flowers LLC. The role involves managing corporate accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships while working closely with sales and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
- Conduct in-person visits and sales calls to existing and potential customers.
- Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
- Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short and long-term business development plans.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
- Driving License is a must.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience preferred, especially in flower wholesale, FMCG, or similar industries.
- Knowledge of the UAE market is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships, drive sales, and develop new business opportunities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and business growth.
