Business Development Account Executive

The Business Development Account Executive supports the BD team across the commercial cycle, assisting with client engagement, opportunity tracking, proposal preparation, and business development activities. The role provides hands-on exposure to client-facing work while supporting the BD Director and BD Manager in driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support the BD Director and BD Manager in managing client relationships and meetings.

  • Participate in client pitches, presentations, and commercial discussions.

  • Assist in preparing RFP responses, proposals, and quotations.

  • Coordinate with Operations to gather information required for commercial offers.

  • Track opportunities and maintain accurate pipeline records.

  • Update and maintain CRM records, client information, and follow-up activities.

  • Research prospective clients and prepare background information ahead of meetings.

  • Take meeting notes and follow up on action items.

  • Support lead generation and business development activities.

  • Represent Shine alongside the BD team at networking events and industry exhibitions.
