Responsibilities

social media, referrals, events, etc.).<ul><li>Establish and maintain partnerships with universities, and training institutions to build</li></ul>
robust talent pipelines.<ul><li>Oversee regular updates and refresh the talent database, ensuring data accuracy and</li></ul>
quality.<ul><li>Analyze talent market trends to anticipate business needs and opportunities for growth.</li></ul>
Saudi Talent Development Vision 2030 Alignment<ul><li>Design and implement programs to support Saudization initiatives and increase local</li></ul>
talent participation in the workforce.<ul><li>Champion diversity, inclusion, and the professional development of talent across all</li></ul>
recruitment activities.
Recruitment Department Leadership<ul><li>Manage the recruitment department focused on hospitality, and F&amp;B sectors.</li><li>Design and implement recruitment processes, KPIs, and performance management</li></ul>
systems.<ul><li>Oversee the recruitment life cycle, from job briefing and sourcing to placement and</li></ul>
onboarding.<ul><li>Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.</li></ul>
Client &amp; Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.</li><li>Build and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat</li></ul>
business.<ul><li>Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking functions.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to support internal hiring initiatives and promote a</li></ul>
positive work culture.
Technology, Process &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Oversee, launch and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other</li></ul>
recruitment technologies.<ul><li>Ensure accurate reporting and analytics on recruitment activity, effectiveness,</li></ul>
Saudization, and talent pipeline health.<ul><li>Identify and implement process improvements to streamline recruitment operations.</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in recruitment leadership, preferably within</li></ul>
hospitality, events or F&amp;B businesses.<ul><li>Strong commercial mindset with experience building scalable recruitment operations and</li></ul>
employer brand programs.<ul><li>Demonstrable success leading and developing recruitment teams, with excellent</li></ul>
stakeholder management skills.<ul><li>Confidence using recruitment technology and analytics (ATS, CRM, sourcing tools and</li></ul>
basic reporting) to drive decisions.<ul><li>Deep knowledge of volume recruitment, contingent workforce management and</li></ul>
temporary staffing models.<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Highly organized, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and deliver to tight</li></ul>

F&B Recruitment Manager

<div>The coordinator supports both recruitment and day-to-day operations to ensure staffing placements are delivered smoothly.
