F&B Coordinator

The coordinator supports both recruitment and day-to-day operations to ensure staffing placements are delivered smoothly. The role is responsible for coordinating staff, supporting event delivery, maintaining records, and acting as a key link between talent, clients, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support sourcing, screening coordination, and talent pool development.

  • Assist with onboarding new talent, verifying documents, and maintaining candidate profiles.

  • Support on-ground operations and staff deployment for events and projects.

  • Manage staff accreditation, uniforms, and event readiness requirements.

  • Monitor on-site quality and ensure staff attendance and presentation standards are met.

  • Coordinate staff scheduling, availability, and deployment across multiple assignments.

  • Brief staff before assignments and act as a point of contact during events.

  • Liaise with clients regarding requirements, timelines, and operational updates.

  • Maintain accurate placement records, staff profiles, and documentation.

  • Gather post-event feedback from staff and clients.


Requirements

  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work closely with staff, clients, and internal teams.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
