Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced Account Executive – North America to help expand Arpatech’s presence in the US market. This role requires strong discovery, qualification, and closing skills, with a focus on selling high-value technology services. Work closely with the presales team on complex and AI-driven opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Run discovery calls with US-based prospects and decision-makers
- Qualify opportunities based on budget, authority, need, and timeline
- Position Arpatech’s software, AI automation, cloud, and cybersecurity offerings
- Own deal progression from first meeting through contract signing
- Coordinate with presales for solution design and technical discussions
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM
- Work US business hours and engage with prospects professionally
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of B2B sales experience selling to North American clients
- Strong background in IT services, software services, or consulting sales
- Excellent spoken English and executive-level communication
- Proven ability to run structured discovery and value-based conversations
- Comfortable selling deals ranging from SMB to mid-market and enterprise customers
- High level of professionalism and accountability
- Willingness to work US time zones
- Experience handling objections, pricing discussions, and negotiations
- Confidence in client-facing calls without heavy scripts
