Business Development / Account Executive (US Market)

Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Account Executive – North America to help expand Arpatech’s presence in the US market. This role requires strong discovery, qualification, and closing skills, with a focus on selling high-value technology services. Work closely with the presales team on complex and AI-driven opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run discovery calls with US-based prospects and decision-makers
  • Qualify opportunities based on budget, authority, need, and timeline
  • Position Arpatech’s software, AI automation, cloud, and cybersecurity offerings
  • Own deal progression from first meeting through contract signing
  • Coordinate with presales for solution design and technical discussions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM
  • Work US business hours and engage with prospects professionally

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7 years of B2B sales experience selling to North American clients
  • Strong background in IT services, software services, or consulting sales
  • Excellent spoken English and executive-level communication
  • Proven ability to run structured discovery and value-based conversations
  • Comfortable selling deals ranging from SMB to mid-market and enterprise customers
  • High level of professionalism and accountability
  • Willingness to work US time zones
  • Experience handling objections, pricing discussions, and negotiations
  • Confidence in client-facing calls without heavy scripts
