Position: Business Development/Admissions Manager

Location: Motor city, Dubai

Package: Open to discuss based on expertise

Please note: Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with existing operational team and internal marketing team of ATI Investments.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase enrollment across all branches.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities including corporate partnerships and overall collaborations.
  • Monitor occupancy targets and report on growth trends.
  • Support the nursery's digital presence.
  • Work closely with external agencies and designers to develop high quality promotional materials.
  • Analyze marketing performance and identify challenges, by providing solutions.
  • Manage and mentor sales executives.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Keep up to date with latest nursery trends and events.
  • Provide ongoing and training to the respective teams.
  • Oversee the processing of potential leads, ensuring all necessary documents are intact in the admissions system.
  • Coordinate and participate in admissions events, nursery tours, fairs, to engage with target customers.
  • Analyze data on enrollment numbers and effectiveness of admission strategies in inform future policies and practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Masters in Early years education, Marketing, Business Development, Communications or any equivalent field
  • Police clearance as per UAE requirements
  • Proficient with CRM systems
  • Organized, pro-active and data driven
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication and presentation skills (Arabic is a plus)
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a sales team.
  • 5 - 8 years of UAE experience in sales and business development in an educational setting (preferably admissions/enrollment expertise)
  • Familiarity with the UAE education market, especially early learning sector (strong advantage)
  • Strong networking and customer relationship management skills
  • Warm, professional and persuasive attitude
  • Target driven with a positive and pro-active approach to sales
