Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate advertising space rental agreements for elevator lobbies with property management companies of commercial buildings.

Conduct in-depth industry research to identify potential clients and partners, formulate expansion strategies, and achieve business development goals.

Proactively develop new clients through online and offline channels, and establish and maintain strong client relationships.

Take charge of business negotiations, contract signing, and follow-up cooperation to ensure smooth project implementation.

Collaborate closely with product, operations, marketing, and other internal teams to drive project progress.

Analyze industry trends and provide actionable recommendations to the company.

Achieve business targets set by the company and regularly submit progress reports and market feedback.

Responsible for business development and client acquisition related to the company’s advertising screens; maintain a clear understanding of the screen locations and target customer segments in the respective areas.

Independently identify and approach potential clients based on business needs; proactively follow up and communicate via phone calls, in-person visits, and other channels to explore and secure cooperation opportunities.

l Formulate client recommendation plans and strategies; develop tailored marketing solutions based on client types and effectively communicate client needs to internal teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or related fields.

Passion for the advertising and media industry, with at least 1 year of sales experience and a solid understanding of the media and advertising landscape.

Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills, quick thinking, and excellent interpersonal communication abilities.

Proven track record in business development with the ability to independently explore markets and cultivate client relationships.

Professional appearance and demeanor; able to perform under pressure in a sales-driven role.

Excellent communication skills in English (proficient); Arabic and Chinese preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
