- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and relationship management.
- Develop, implement, and refine business development strategies that align with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, and marketing materials to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
- Engage in market analysis to remain informed of industry trends, competitors, and client demands.
- Record all sales activities and maintain updated records in the CRM system.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote KAIZEN services.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience in business development or sales roles may vary based on the level applied for: Junior (0-2 years), Mid-level (2-5 years), Senior (5-10 years), Director (10+ years).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is advantageous, especially for senior and director-level roles.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
- Valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
